Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to log your return request with your order ID.
Pack the Items
Ensure the apparel or footwear is unworn, has all original tags attached, and is placed back in its original Khazanay packaging.
Courier Collection
Once approved, our logistics partner will reach out to schedule a pickup from your doorstep, or you may be asked to drop it at a nearby partner point.
Quality Check & Refund
After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
